Account and data deletion
Delete your DruzeLink account
Account deletion is permanent. You can complete it in the app, or request it by email if you cannot sign in.
Delete in the app
- Open DruzeLink and go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the identity confirmation and final deletion steps.
Once your deletion request is accepted, your account is restricted while cleanup runs. The app shows progress and confirms when deletion is complete. Cleanup continues if you close the app; reopening it lets you check progress or retry a delayed request.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address connected to your DruzeLink account. Put “Account deletion request” in the subject and identify the account email. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

- Your public profile, profile answers, and private profile settings
- Your profile and chat photos
- Your matches, conversations, likes, passes, saved profiles, and viewing history
- Your Friends profile, invitations, and participation settings
- Your Community posts and replies, group memberships, event RSVPs, and participation settings
- Your notification token, subscription mirror, and DruzeLink sign-in record
Replies attached to your Community posts are also removed. Other members’ independent Community content remains.
What may be retained
Safety reports filed by you or about you, and blocks that other members placed on this account, are retained as restricted safety records. We also retain a minimal record of the deleted account identifier and deletion progress so delayed updates cannot recreate the account. These records do not keep your deleted profile, messages, or photos. Safety, support, billing-provider, and legal records may have separate retention requirements.
Linked sign-in accounts
Deleting DruzeLink does not delete your Google, Apple, Facebook, or Yahoo account. We remove the linked sign-in information from DruzeLink and revoke the Apple authorizations we store. You can also remove DruzeLink access in the other provider account settings.
Subscriptions
Deleting your DruzeLink account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future renewals. Account deletion does not automatically create a refund.
